Super fun and floaty 80s rayon skirt with elastic waist, yoke, and pleats. Waistband measures 14” unstretched and stretches easily to 17”+. The yoke is about 6.75” tall, and the bottom yoke seam measures about 20” across. You’d need to have a high hip measurement smaller than that—I’m guessing under 39” to have the intended amount of ease.
