Beautiful jacket. I just received it, sadly too big. Previous owner: Vintage quilted light jacket in a fanciful peacock and dragon pattern with metallic gold outlines. Has some general wear but no major flaws. Best fits S-M in my experience Flat measurements approximately PTP 21” Length 27” Shoulders 17.5” Sleeve 26” from neck to cuff
