Super comfy adjustable summer top! The exterior is a black mesh that is lined with a super soft cotton/bamboo fabric. Measurements are for the panel not including the straps, so there is a fair amount of leeway to them. Great for super hot days. The elastic has started to come a little loose at some of the seams, which isn't super noticeable and can be easily fixed.
