90s Unstructured Blazer

This is a made in Italy blazer jacket thing! It's pretty long and shoulder pads that are in-between the jacket and the lining so wouldn't be super easy to remove. The color is grey but with lots of brown woven in. I believe this is from the 90s but if anyone has anymore information please let me know! It says it's a size 27 but I'm not so sure what that means. This is a plus size brand, and I think this piece could fit up to a 2X but please refer to measurements.
