purple floral mini skirt

I love this rare print designed by Mika Piirainen and got the skirt online hoping that the elastic waist would let me rock it, but unfortunately it's too snug. Would recommend for waists 28" or smaller! Flat hip measurement listed measured at approximately halfway between waist and bottom sweept A tiny bit of pilling/fading, most visible on the purple flowers, but in great condition overall
