Flutter Sleeve Dress

Got excited about the designer but this dress is not my size nor (tenuous) style. Has extended armpit flutter sleeves, a low neck, and long ties you could tie back or wrap around a few times. In good shape tho pattern is a bit faded and there is a faint stain on one sleeve.
