90s-Y2K Petite Sophisticate plaid dress! I bought this originally knee length dress and shortened the hem significantly for some 60s minidress vibes. Dress is fully lined. Color is truest in the photo of the brand tag, it's a really nice rich red. There's a zipper on the side to help you wiggle into it.
