I’m obsessed with these 🌈 shorts but every time I put them on ~ I then immediately take them off. And I want then to be enjoyed. They are second hand and the fabric tag is removed so I’m guessing on cotton. Very soft and have a nice fade to them ( so I put them in good condition). The waist is a 14.5 unstretched so should fit a variety of ranges.
