Brand new with tags. Bought this as a new years dress but never wore it. It is max tight on my boobs and would be better suited to someone with a smaller chest and bigger hips. The waist is a bit big on me as are the hips - the squished boobs and then looseness contributes to me looking less curvy. If you were bottom heavy with smaller boobs this would make you look a lot more curvy than me. Really solid quality and perfect condition.
