I typically wore this as a layering piece (I Included an example) but wore it as a mini skirt, too. Cute pleats, love the tartan print on it. Also has a beautiful waist area that is secured on the side by buttons. Waist has a bit of stretch to it, as measurement was taken w skirt lying completely flat.
