Long Sleeve Top with Keyhole Back

Periwinkle blue top with bell sleeves and a keyhole at the back of the neck. The fabric is viscose and it is soft and has a beautiful drape. I got this secondhand and assumed it would be a stretchy knit but it’s woven and doesn’t stretch much. It’s too tight on my hips so I haven’t worn it. It would probably work best for a size 14 or 16. Although than a few minor loose threads and a little bit of pilling on the cuffs, it looks like it’s in great condition.
