This sleeveless black velvet swing dress from Community Service will turn heads, both as a tunic and a LBD (I’ve worn it as both!) The free form sizing works well on a lot of different body shapes. Sorry for the sideways photos. This dress is so wide, that’s the only way I could get the whole thing to show on this app!!
