This is a floral block print style tiered skirt from the Rhode and Target collab. It has an elastic waist all the way around that stretches up to 28”. There are pockets and depending on your height would either be midi or maxi length. For me this fit true to size but because of my height (5’), I didn’t love where the first tier hit on me. I do love the colors (best representation is the photo with the size tag), the pattern and the fact that it’s 100% cotton!
