McCalls Laura Ashley Reprint M8306

This top is so well constructed and absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, I’ve lost weight and it does not fit me the way I thought it would! 💔 My loss is your gain! Try me on other darling tops like this one! OP: This was my test version of the Laura Ashley reprint M8306. I spent a lot of time on making sure it was fully finished but unfortunately the fit is off - I needed to add a bit more room in the underarm for me. I haven't worn this outside of taking photos so this is basically brand new! Very cute and perfect for summer. I want to note that all the visible seams are finished with a serger except for the ones attaching the insertion lace! Those seams are topstitched so they should be okay but wanted to note it in case it's an issue (see the photos for info on that.) Omitting the serged edge there reduces bulk & avoids the panel from looking too rigid.
