This skirt is billowy, has pockets, elastic waist and is pretty amazing honestly. It turns out I’m not a skirt person. The cotton is a light and airy poplin with amazing seam details. There is a little bit of wear showing around the tie at the waist shown in the pictures. Otherwise, EUC.
