Fun springy A-line dress! Features a wavy ruffle drop hem, all over floral pattern, and neck button at the back. Very flowy and good for work if you live in a hot city like I do! I would say this is more of a size 8 (I’m a 10/12) but is free flowing. I’m 5’7 and it hits right above the knee.
