Vintage whimsical open front top. Good condition- some minor wear- the inside flaps are not sewn down (idk if they were meant to be) but it doesn’t affect wear. Small spot pictured on bottom of top, it is very light. I think this would be a perfect piece to rework into something new, like a pair of shorts, embroidery hoop, or bag. You can also keep it as is & wear over an outfit or as an over shirt at home.
