Staple in my wardrobe before I gained a dress size. Thick, high quality fabric, neat and well made pleats, will machine wash/dry easily. Made in LA by well compensated garment makers. Hits mid thigh, and is quite flowy- I would wear shorts under. Adds a great structured quality to a casual look, or wear with a button up and a sweater vest to complete the school girl look. I previously styled this with oversized graphic tees and practical shoes. Could also be a great costume piece for Halloween coming up!
