Seamless finish high neck racerback style bra top from old navy. Found at thrift store and it's missing the foam cups. The shelf bra has a layer of mesh to hold cups in, but mesh doesn't touch skin. and a plushy elastic band. Finishing and fabric quality is pretty nice for old navy! No clear elastic touching skin.
