Stretchy shirred top, measurements are taken without stretch, love this dress but postpartum it doesn’t fit and I’m devastated Previous: This is a beautiful dress and I have gotten lots of compliments on it whenever I wear it. I don’t remember the name of the pattern - the background color is like a very burned yellow - super flattering on. Bust is very flexible as it is ribbed - I have a 35” chest and it could certainly fit smaller or larger.
