Denim heart polka dot blouse with ruffle trim and square neckline. No brand or size tag, but fits like XS/S. I thrifted this and wore a few times before deciding it’s just a bit too small for me. There’s a seam running down the back where it seems the previous owner took in some of the width. Marked as good condition because of this. PTP unstretched: 15” PTP stretched: 18”
