Beautiful 70s or 80s handmade dress. The pattern is just lovely and the detailing along the bottom is precious. Original measurements were approximate, with PTP being round/not flat. Thus I over-estimated the fit. This dress is too small for me, so re-listing. I have re measured and all are up to date. Shoulders not listed as the neckline is elastic. Waist stretches to 17”. The bicep measurement listed Is stretched.
