The absolute best dress for twirling! Material is super soft organic Pima cotton. Totally adjustable to last for years. Extra stretchy touching at bust stretches from 9.5” to 24” across!! Will fit your kid through so many sizes! My kid got tired of the style way before she ever grew out of it. 34” straps are completely adjustable. Length above does not include straps. My child wore as a dress when she was in size 3. Later worn more as a pinafore and then wore straps long as a skirt. Would also totally work as a twirly tank top. Easy to dress up for family photos and events or dress down for playing at the park.
