I'm the second owner, so I'm listing this as good even though I don't see any flaws. The waist is elastic and stretches from 17-21". I love the shape and cut of the dress, it fits perfectly but the color just isn't for me. I'm not sure if I'll trade this or keep it and over-dye it. I'm putting it out there now to see if there's interest.
