reversible, made from good quality 100% cotton - one side is a green stripe, the other is chartreuse. bias binding is the same cotton in a navy. Two front ties that you can tie in two bows across as seen is the fit pic or tie up on the side to leave open as seen on hanger I always meant to quilt this one but never got around it. There is a fleece batting layer in between so it’s a bit thicker, just not actually quilted together!
