Victorian-style Blouse

This sweet blouse has a high collar with a button, puffed shoulders, pin tucks, embroidery, and lace insertion. I used to wear this with my vintage walking skirt and vests and it was a very fun ensemble! The materials tag has been removed but I know the fabric is cotton. Not sure what the embellishments are made of. This blouse is too small for me now so I’m gifting it forward!
