when i was doing markets, i ordered some totes with my watercolor paintings on them. the initial test order came out great so i ordered more, but those all came with a big white box around the graphic. on this one, i reimagined that by using fabric paint to make a shadow box around the specimen. i think this also underwent a subtle tea dye the original watercolor was based on a petrified wood specimen from the geology museum in Golden, CO!
