Romantic and edgy duster in need of TLC. Cynthia Ashby Garment-Dyed Linen Band-Collar Button-Down Cardigan/Jacket featuring a split midsection tiered ruffle waist. Marked fair. Waiting for your mending ministry. One missing button, frayed button holes, and holes on the shoulders (pictured). But it still looks and drapes gorgeously. Held onto it for a long time but I just no longer wear.
