this was a dress I purchased a number of years ago for my brother’s wedding. I ended up wearing something else, and it’s been in my closet ever since. This is a midi true wrap dress - the ties are just under the bust. This dress has pockets and some slits on each side. It’s very flowy! I feel like the maximum bust measurement is probably around 16 inches - since it’s a wrap dress, it is relatively flexible, but would fit a true size small best. The straps are somewhat adjustable - there are two lengths that can be adjusted with buttons.
