Found this dress at a vintage shop to wear specifically for my friend’s themed wedding event and haven’t worn it since — a true shame since it’s a GEM. My favorite details are the different-shaped buttons 🙂 there’s no size tag, but I’d say it would work best for an XS/S. There’s elastic at the waist that stretches to ~13.5” Measurement from waist to bottom sweep is 17” Material feels like cotton.
