This skirt is perfect for twirling. It has pockets 💕. The biggest thing to note is that the waist is not flexible. I marked it at 12.5, and maybe pulled tight it can go to 13”. It’s marked as a size 38 (US 6), but I think it’s more of a 2 or a 4. I have a pic of me wearing this in my outfits. Interesting fact about this brand: Gene Ewing BIS (also known as BIS Beverly Hills or California Sunwash) was a prominent American fashion brand founded in Los Angeles in 1976 by designer Gene Ewing and her husband and manufacturing partner, Bert Sunkin.
