I absolutely adore this dress, the fabric is so flowy and lovely. I got it secondhand and have been struggling with the size, I’d say it’s probably a true 3x. For the bicep I actually measured the band - it lands more at the elbow but that felt like a more useful measurement because the sleeves are pretty roomy.
