These are unique frames, i’ve never seen the arm placement on a pair of glasses like this. Note where the arm sits on the lens, they have a super interesting profile! I have looked up the designer & they have other pairs with similar placement. You can see the marking EBM, a vintage eyewear & made in W. Germany. Some information is online if you are curious about the designer. Purchased at an antique mall about four years ago, I had planned on putting my prescription in them, I’ve never gotten around to it and I’m ready to let them go. They have prescription lenses in them currently that need to be removed. I’m not 100% about their decade but clearly between 1970s- early 80s
