Love this skirt but it sits on my waist in a way that is wildly uncomfortable to me. Off she goes! Size zip, no stretch. Inner liner, pleating so it hangs beautifully. Navy blue w white / cream pinstripes. The length measurements don’t include the straps, which can be removed or adjusted as desired.
