Gorgeous true wrap dress, new with no flaws, but carefully laundered and air dried. Unsure the fabric. CD is known for using deadstock. Length is measured from longest point in back. Waist as small as 12” flat can be measured several inches larger. Fits like XS-S in my opinion.
