Vibrant printed short sleeve blouse with fluttery sleeves and button detailing (not functional). Made in USA. Bought from Francesca's years ago, but the tag is faded. Material tag is also faded but I can faintly see 100% and it feels like rayon. Would wash on cold delicate cycle and hang dry. Some minor fraying at the collar on the right side, as noted in pictures, repaired with a few simple stitches. Size small but could fit XS as well depending on desired fit. Colors are still vibrant even after many years of wear.
