Bust 13” stretched easily to 20” Waist 12” but stretches easily to 21” Because of the soft smocked top Flowy and light, one of my favorites and now just ready to move on. Length is measured from arm pit to hem The ties of the straps seem a little worn but still function. They are not that noticable- but look at the photos for more details.
