Previous: Too small for me /: OP: High neckline, elastic waist, tiered skirt. Bust/chest measurement is pit to pit flat. Waist is 12” flat and scrunched but can stretch out much more - to about 16”. This is just too small for me. Worn once, washed twice. I’m very motivated to trade, please make an offer!
