Black Dress with Side Ties and Cargo Pockets

Such a versatile piece w the stacked side ties and big cargo pockets. It doesn’t work for me so I’m hoping to re-home her! Pls note that the waist measurement was taken above the cargo pockets and the length doesn’t include the straps. It’s a fairly size-flexible dress, listed as an Xl-XXL
