Reader, I purchased this jaunty neon floral scarf from ye olde Urban Outfitters when I was in high school, aka it is considered vintage 😳 Loved it as a dark floral-but make it neon pop of color! Backside is more muted, if that’s your jam. She just needs a caring wash — smells like musty basement storage, unfortunately. The fabric feels silky, guessing it’s a poly-blend.
