Hip+waist measurements are based on unstretched inner lining/dress, which is a black slightly slinky stretchy material Outer mesh has a little bit of stretch Nothing on tag, but assuming it is all mostly synthetic/polyester, maybe some nylon in the mesh. No size tags but I would say it fits like a small/medium. Got this dress for a wedding and have only worn it once since then! Hope it can get more wear in someone else’s closet
