Ribbed fabric so it stretches out to be form fitting. Cropped fit - looks great with high waisted bottoms or skirts/dresses! I don’t really reach for it anymore. Measurements listed are stretched. I have a 34” bust and 28.5” waist and it fits as shown in the picture above :)
