From palladium website: The versatile Baggy can be worn high, with the collar up, or folded over for a more slouchy, laidback style. I can’t find this exact style online, but I’m pretty sure they’re genuine nubuck leather on the outside and cotton inside with rubber on the bottom and toe cap. These are super cool! They’re convertible so it’s like two pairs of boots in one! I just gravitate toward platforms.
