My first Demeter, made from a vintage sheet! The only mod is that I made the waistline straight in the front instead of the empire waist. And it has pockets! Big ones! I love this dress, but the cotton/poly blend feels just different enough from 100% natural fiber that I avoid it for sensory reasons, and also my body has changed and the sleeves fit weird now, so time to set it free! I’m looking for a cool trade, whatever that will be! I want someone else to truly love this dress. After making it, I noticed there was a hole in the bodice (as in, the sheet had a hole that I didn’t notice while cutting it out), so I made a patch from the fabric that blends in really well.
