Measurements and materials are for black H&M skirt. From 2009 H&M, so decent quality IMO. Has a small amount of stretch. 2 front pockets. Back zipper and button closure. Navy velvet The Limited skirt: Bottom sweep: 22.5” Waist: 15” Length: 17.5” Small amount of stretch. 2 front small slit pockets, front zipper and hook closure. Missing internal button. No flaws or damage, just a little bit of light wear. Technically H&M skirt is a size 8 and Limited skirt is a size 12 but best to check the measurements IMO :)
