New with tags, unworn, HOWEVER there has been an alteration. I foolishly fell in love with these on clearance, but the only size left was an AUS 6 so I figured I could finagle my way into them through some alterations. I opened up one side seam on the pants, and was going to use red denim from another pair of jeans to bring them up to my size. I ultimately changed my mind, and I redid the side seam. I included photos of the original inside leg seam side by side with the one that I did, so you can see the difference.
