A sweet spring layer. I picked this up in hopes to add a little whimsy to my wardrobe, but it’s just a little small in my shoulders. Excellent condition. There’s elastic around the bottom of the arms that measures 5” unstretched/8.5” stretched Can be worn buttoned or open. Color is a little richer blue than it shows up in the photos.
