Play condition NPL Marseilles Skirt hand dyed green. Tag has been removed but fits like an xs, see measurements. The waistband was replaced by a previous owner and the had to be stitched down to prevent it from sliding (see photos). But it's comfortable and not noticeable when worn. There is also a stain on the side of the skirt, see photo.
