New with tags, no bag. I got it in the good bye sale and did not estimate my size well - I’d say it runs large and long compared to other PP items. I did however reorder it in smaller size. The material is very smooth and luxurious, quite stretchy. I have also the 18D matching pants (bootcut). I may let them go too for smaller size., but I am still thinking about it.
