Sleeved midi dress with side front slit and waist tie. Dress features invisible zipper, hook and eye for bust coverage. Shirring at back waistband for comfort. Lovely drape. Seems like a crepe weave to me. Black dots on white background. Gives garden or tea party vibes. Overall in great used condition. I have machine washed (it’s polyester!) this but always hung dried. Waist stretches to 16”. There’s a little extra room in the bust from the flat measurement given the gathers and crossover style.
